Outside the Park
- The exterior of the Park is accessible.
- Step-free main entrance.
- Reserved parking spaces are available.
- The paths connecting the animal enclosures in the Park are made of compacted earth and gravel. In some sections of the route, the slopes are steep, exceeding 10%, and even steeper to reach the bison enclosure.
Inside the Park
- The rooms have wide aisles and spacious passageways, making mobility optimal for wheelchair users.
- The Park has accessible toilet facilities at Reception and in the Gallery.
- The audiovisual presentations in the permanent exhibition are narrated for the visually impaired
- Hand-held guides and audio guides are available in several languages.
- The hand guide has been published in Braille with colour contrast.
- Wheelchairs are available for visitors who require them. These can be requested at Reception.
- Through our communication book, people with special communication needs have the possibility to ask questions and request information.
